Who we are

What we collect
- Details you give us. When you request a check or send a message: your name, business name, town, email, phone number and anything you tell us.
- Business contact details from public sources. We contact businesses that might benefit from our service. We use contact details that businesses publish themselves, such as on their own website, in public registers like the CQC directory or professional registers, or in business directories.
- Records of our contact with you. Notes from calls and emails, so we don't contact you more than we should.
- Client information. If you become a client, the details we need to deliver the work and invoice you.
Why we use it
- To prepare and send your AI visibility report, and to reply to you. Our lawful basis is your request and our legitimate interests in answering it.
- To contact businesses about our service. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests. We only contact business numbers and addresses, we check phone numbers against the Telephone Preference Service lists before calling, and we stop as soon as you ask.
- To deliver work for clients and keep accounts. Our lawful basis is our contract with you and our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run our business, such as website hosting (Vercel), email delivery for our forms (Resend), and the spreadsheet or CRM tools we keep records in. When we run an AI visibility check, we send business names, towns and public website details to AI providers, but not your personal contact details. We never sell personal information.
How long we keep it
- Prospect records: up to two years after our last contact, unless you ask us to stop sooner. If you ask us not to contact you, we keep a short note so we respect that.
- Client records: for the length of our work together, then six years for tax and accounting.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. You can object to us using it, and you can tell us to stop contacting you at any time. Email hello@axonis.co.uk and we'll act on it.

This website doesn't use cookies or tracking tools.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
